Age and identification

Customers must be at least 21 years old. If there is doubt about your age, we may ask for valid identification. An appointment may be refused if valid identification is not provided.

Consent and boundaries

Every appointment is based on willingness and mutual respect. The companion always decides her own boundaries, which must be respected throughout the appointment. Sex without a condom, drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted.

Privacy and discretion

Pleasure Escort handles personal information and communications confidentially. Access is limited to people who need the information to handle the request or appointment. Personal information may be received through a booking request or through the contact channels you use. Our Privacy & Cookies policy explains what information is handled, why, with which service providers and for how long.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before or at the start of the appointment. Possible payment methods include cash, bank payment and a payment link or iDEAL. The agreed price is part of your personal booking confirmation; a price estimate alone does not confirm a booking. If payment is not made, or is incomplete, the appointment lapses and Pleasure Escort may charge costs already incurred.

Cancellation and no-shows

You may cancel without charge up to six hours before the agreed start time. If you cancel within six hours of that time, or do not attend, Pleasure Escort charges a €75 cancellation fee. If the companion or driver is already on the way when you cancel, documented travel or transport costs may also be charged.

Conduct during an appointment

Customers must treat the companion respectfully. Inappropriate conduct or conduct that crosses her boundaries leads to immediate termination of the appointment without a refund. Consequential costs, such as hotel costs or travel time, may also be charged to the customer.

Liability and events beyond our control

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Pleasure Escort is not liable for indirect loss or for loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, unlawful use, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an event beyond our control affects an appointment, such as illness, a serious traffic delay, a strike or a government measure, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where possible, we will propose a suitable alternative in consultation with you.

Companion availability and alternatives

If a booked companion unexpectedly becomes unavailable, Pleasure Escort may propose an alternative in consultation with you. You may decline that alternative and cancel the appointment without charge.

Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies to agreements with Pleasure Escort. Disputes are referred to the competent court under the applicable statutory rules on jurisdiction. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

Changes to these terms apply to booking requests submitted after the revised terms are published. For a booking already confirmed, the terms that applied at confirmation continue to apply unless the law or a joint agreement provides otherwise.
