Choosing a companion should feel unhurried. Arranging the appointment should feel straightforward. Pleasure helps you consider the profiles, understands the setting you have in mind and checks the practical details before anything is confirmed.
We have been active since 2004. Our work rests on clear communication, discretion and respect for the clients and companions involved.
Choose the person and the occasion
Start with the profiles. They show approved images and information about personality, languages and suitable services. You may already have a clear preference, or you may want us to help narrow the choice. Two or three genuine names can be useful when timing is important; your first choice remains your preference. We do not change that choice without speaking to you.
Tell us what kind of occasion you are planning. A hotel stay, dinner, a private meeting and an airport-area stop require different preparation. The relevant service and location pages explain the details of each setting. If a companion does not offer the requested service or is uncomfortable with the plan, we discuss a suitable alternative.
Share only the details needed to assess the request
The booking request asks for the setting, exact location, date, preferred time, duration, service and any profile preference. A hotel guest can enquire before check-in and provide the room number later. If a flight or other fixed commitment affects the window, tell us. Accurate practical information helps us assess travel, timing and the current price.
You can also mention preferences or boundaries that matter to you. Keep the first message as simple as you like; we can clarify the necessary points in conversation. Everyone involved must be comfortable with the arrangement, and a service name never overrides an individual companion’s boundaries.
The four stages of a booking
1. Request received. Sending the form or receiving an automated acknowledgement tells you that your request has reached Pleasure. It does not hold a companion or time slot.
2. Availability checked. A person reviews the requested companion, the approved service, travel, setting, duration and price. If something is uncertain, we ask for clarification or discuss a practical alternative.
3. Human confirmation. We tell you what can be arranged and confirm the agreed details with you personally. Any change of companion, timing or plan is part of that discussion.
4. Confirmed booking. Only after that personal confirmation is the appointment final. A calculator result, profile card, submitted request or automated receipt alone is not a confirmed booking.
This sequence protects clarity for both sides. It is especially useful when your stay is short, your hotel access needs planning or your first profile preference cannot meet at the requested time.
Discretion in the practical details
Discretion means measured communication and attention to the information needed for the appointment. We ask for relevant details, keep the planning focused and agree the setting before the meeting. We do not imply that a hotel is a partner or that entry to a particular room is guaranteed. You book your own hotel, and we discuss a practical meeting point if access requires it.
Pleasure is licensed by the Municipality of Haarlem and serves Haarlem, Amsterdam and many other locations across the Netherlands. Periodic GGD inspections form part of the external oversight. Respect for individual boundaries and the right to decline an unsuitable request remain part of the way we work.

Your first appointment
If this is your first time booking through Pleasure, you do not need to know every detail in advance. Consider the setting, how much time you can comfortably allow and the kind of personality that would suit the occasion. Share those basics in your request. We can explain the next practical step and what needs to be confirmed.
If the appointment is at a hotel, provide the full hotel name and address and mention whether check-in is complete. If you have a flight or event afterwards, leave a realistic time window. The Prices page helps you understand the current rate basis before you request; we confirm the final plan and price after checking what is possible.
If the form or confirmation does not arrive
If the booking form does not complete, do not assume we received the request. Contact Pleasure to check whether the request arrived, and mention that the form failed. If you have an acknowledgement but no personal confirmation, the booking remains unconfirmed. Contact us with the request reference and any changed details rather than treating the original time or companion as reserved.
